Father's lawsuit aimed at clinic

The South Texas Family Planning and Health Corp. counters in court documents that federal guidelines attached to grant money won't allow the clinic to require parental consent to dispense the pill, known as Plan B. The nonprofit organization operates six clinics in South Texas, including one in Kingsville.
